Last year, I met Danielle from the Maple Syrup and Poutine blog. I found her on the Internet, stalked her and badgered her to let me join her cooking club. In the end, I was a club member just long enough to be mentioned in a Windsor Star article! It was lots of fun but once I started my MBA along with my regular job in PR, I needed the extra time for homework. Not nearly as fun as cooking. :(Anyway, Danielle just started blogging again. She's a wonderful, creative chef and incredibly smart in the kitchen. And, that's why I'm so happy that she called out Menu Manic on her blog. yay!
